It’s finally happened: you’ve got a role in a film and, even though you’ve only got a few lines and a small amount of screen time, you want to make a good impression. But you see the finished movie and your part has been cut!
There are lots of reasons this could have happened but there are also plenty of things you can do to make sure your part stands out and is usable. If you don’t give a good, screen-appropriate performance, chances are your shots won’t be used much – if at all – in the final cut.
This screen acting workshop will give you actionable advice and practice that will help you give a standout performance.
What you will learn:
- How to turn any role into a memorable one – no matter how small it is on the page
- How to create an intimate and intense performance that will read well on the screen
- How to provide the editors with footage that they can and want to use
